How do they not hold physical certs if this can not be traded electronically?
Can't be traded electronically? It can't be quoted, no one said it can't be traded electronically. What, you think there are a bunch of brokers standing on a street corner somewhere handing certs back and forth every time there's a trade? Damn, no wonder this was so easy for Monk.
