The AMEX case was for the pps AND the comments that street blogger wrote that crash the stock in the first place. So its kinda obvious that the AMEX accepts what RPC told them and that investors believe, that street's totally biased article with the distorted headline was just a slam piece. RPC might have also told AMEX about its positive test results too? Who knows. All I know is the doubt meter got some relief by the AMEX decision and the attention gained from this whole fiasco will benefit the share price significantly as we hear more from RPC.
