Sorry Veracruz, there is no application in progress with the FDA for any clearances or approvals.

Onko Sure is already cleared for market for serial monitoring of CRC. There have been no announcements or anything in the filings about any additional FDA applications.



Radient now has 90 days to become compliant for continued AMEX listing.

Lakeshore was correct. The AMEX has no guts and will not stand behind any delisting notice if a company continues to object and present additional plans/projections. At this rate, I doubt RPC will ever be delisted until they declare bankruptcy.
