The company ceased to publicly release the number of shares issued [same as allotted shares]. Don't give shareholders a reason to wonder about stuff that should be unimportant in most companies.
I never had any reason to just go back to the very beginning and print out all the financial's, all the PR's released and sort that printed information out in a dated order. Then I read it. over n over n over.... numerous times.
The earliest financial stated rather boldly the number of issued and outstanding shares. Shortly after the company stopped giving out that number. I am not making any accusations by my questioning of why.
The As / OS numbers, which are released to us, carry no real meaning *because* this company has a previous history of retiring it's shares and also buying back it's shares. Run that by a real good accountant to see if my concern is a legitimate question that I would like to see addressed.
Keep in mind, I am not the entity that has prohibited the TA from releasing this info to it's shareholders.
