back on the CC in 2009 .. jd gave
his best guesstimate of what the
float on exph was .. 100M shares

now think about it

back then the AS was 1B and the OS
was approx 980M

so today .. with the OS and AS essentially
maxed to 3.33B .. what is the float on exph?

don't forget that volume ensued over the summer
of 2009 due to X entity/s wash trading exph to
both create interest and *volume*

so the 2 runs could commence

that wasn't mgmt

which is why i'm totally comfortable with no volume
until total transparency comes about including the
new ceo .. who imo won't be announced until all of
his/her demands are met .. which imo includes X amt
of COH ..
