"SO why did the SEC truncate the 73 pages of OM TA's report??"
I hate to have to do this, so please read it carefully so I don't have to do it again:
The Exhibits at the link provided at the end of this post serve only one purpose.....to support the statements made in the declarations of the parties that made them, in this case Charles Davis.
Exhibit S is provided in support of:
"Between September 2007 and October 5, 2009, Spongetech distributed over 2.2 billion shares to RM Enterprises in 164 separate distributions." (Document 2-4, Item 27.)
There was no need to provide the pages showing transactions prior to September 2007 to support that statement.

Please take note of Exhibit W, which is in support of:
"My review of transfer agent records indicates that the four Pensley letters resulted in the removal of the restrictive legend from 12,000,000 shares of Spongetech, and that the bulk of these shares were sold in the public market." (Document 2-4, Item 30.)
The shares issued as a result of those letters were issued earlier in 2007 than those referenced above, so the individual pages of the transaction journal (pp.30,31,45,46,54,55&69) showing those issuances were presented by the SEC as Exhibit W.

To put it simply, the pages of the Olde Monmouth Master Transaction Journal that the SEC did not provide were not necessary as Exhibits to support the statements of Mr. Davis and those that were necessary were provided.
Tell your friends.

"There can be no excuse in not publishing the Blue Sheets report."

I've done a little reading about the Blue Sheets. But I won't respond to the above without some evidence that you know what a "Blue Sheets report" is and can clearly express 1)what "publishing the Blue Sheets report" will tell us, 2)whether you are referring to a new or existing "Blue Sheet report", 3)whether "the Blue Sheets report" you are referring to is for a specific b/d or, if not, which b/d's it is for and 4)the date or dates that "the Blue Sheet report" covers. Since you call for "publishing the Blue Sheets report" it seems clear that you know that one currently exists, so the above questions should be easy for you.

If I think that you are wasting my time (again), I won't respond.
