Spider, I spoke with several of the analysts last night and IMO and my words all they got was the typical BS that you would expect from a company in a situation like this.
I also spoke with an ex-board member of IDCC and he was very happy about Merritt being made the CEO and president. He said while he was a director he found Merritt to be a very qualified and productive individual.
IMO I feel the selling of shares in December by Tilden and Goldberg is the reason for this change. I also feel if the board wanted to dodge this issue for a while they would have held off doing this after fridays CC. By doing it now it looks as if they are willing to address the issue head on.
