I have been in so many stocks like DIII in the past and you are 100% wrong. They keep running until filings hit then they EXLODE! Smart buyers eat up the float ahead of time that is why you see so many on filings run from subpennies to .05 and I have seen a few run to .20 with the right investors this year.
