If the shares become restricted, how are they going to sell them in the open market? Also, Rudana's shares will likely be restricted for a long long time. They are the ones who bought this shell and put everything together, I highly doubt their intentions are to put this huge merger together, contribute their projects to the new company and then sell off.

Yes...

PSPW will use part of the new Authorized pool of 300,000 shares to raise Capital. No doubt... it is simply a question of how many shares they will sell and thereby increase the float.

Just like every other Public Company... The main reason they go public is to raise Capital.

So it is in the best interest of PSPW to have the PPS as high as possible to achieve maximum capital acquisition.

They would much rather sell shares at 4-7 dollars a share rather than 1 dollar a share... This is Common Sense.

The fact they raised the Authorized Shares to 300,000 is extremently important. They are defintely going to use a nice chunk of those shares to distribute into the float and raise massive capital for business expansion.

Companies go Public to Raise Capital and increase the PPS for maximum ROI to their shareholders (We as Investors). Period!
That is the essence of Wall Street!

The company will not sell shares into the mkt. They may use them for acquisitions/deals. Some will be sold to Bangkok Solar later based on certain parameters. This is not a p&d.
