Oops, typo.. The shares owned by the large players here probably will become restricted and the company will have 27 million shares to sell into the market as they release big news, and push this towards and above the $4 mark...
This actually is exciting, as the company will have to get the pps higher than $4 before selling shares in order to keep the price above $4
