Thank you for your correspondence. Yes, the E-trade information is basically correct as a company I control, Renfro Holdings, Inc. owns 54% of the outstanding shares of Brazos.

I hope you continue as a shareholder in Brazos and possible increase your holdings as I have big plans for Brazos once the acquisition is completed and we get additional funding.
