This was a few weeks ago. I havent contacted him since he is restricting himself due to his lawyers advice. imo that is smart. However, clearly he has something up his sleeve. I suppose we will see the end result soon.

basically, the RM is almost done because the entity holds the majority of shares and not himself in person

If I am reading the e mail correctly, then BRZL is already bought out by Renfro Holdings, Inc.

they basically have voting power and controlling over BRZL

future parent company will be Renfro Holdings, Inc. or I should say, they already are

I emailed him basically the same question and got the same exact response--this was a few weeks ago. I have tried to contact him again and he stated his lawyers has advised him not to talk anymore---same thing he told you.

IMO...this is legit and we just need the final PR to confirm it and then BOOM!
