If they've already voted, will they change their votes? They might if they think they can get back in lower after the R/S.

The problem is that anyone that held shares on the close of business 3/10/2011 can still vote even if they've since sold everything.

Anyone that bought after that date can not vote.

This doesn't help management out at all.

Strange how proxies work, but that's the way it is.
