When QCOM began its licensing activities in ernest back in the mid to late 90's, they announced every deal (regardless of size) just to get press. Announcements were being used as a marketing tool. I wish IDCC would look at it that way .....

I would hope that they did the same, but it seems recently that they are DOING JUST THE OPPOSITE -- not announcing licenses under the 10% threshhold!

I wish they would explain why ! ? ! ? ! ?
