Either 1.- We are screwed or 2.- A settlement is at hand and they are dotting the Is and crossing the Ts. I wonder which one it is. I don't think SG would be this quiet if it were 1.nly the lawyers know and noooobody is talking.

agreed. Although the more I think about it....if things were really going against us behind the scenes, I would expect objections/filings left and right by SG.....a firm w/ that background would at least go down swinging. We are seeing none of that type of frantic activity....all is quiet still on the equity front. hmmmmmmmmmmm
