We won't know. But Teppers pride and joy has been speaking with the EC for over 20 minutes. The big boys are being depo'd first - I'd like to know if the other hedgies gave the EC some info on Appaloosa? I guess we'll know more by the weekend (maybe).

The first sign that something 'interesting' has been found will likely be a sustained spike in shareprice. That could happen very quickly, or after some delay for the insiders to digest what information as been obtained by S&G.
Basicly - we'll find out when we find out - as unsatisfying an answer as that may be.
added in edit Could be that nothing happens at all until/unless the POR hearing comes to a head. Could even be that these deposition 'fishing trips' come up with nothing new - but that I doubt.
