That's exactly right, and there isn't anything lagging it down now. The 8-k would be nice say, TODAY but if it doesn't happen I don't think we will see the impatient trading that we saw last week while we were waiting on the 10-k to be released. They aren't chasing the clock, and that means people are "content" right now with where it's headed. I really think we will see the 8k filed this week, and I hope it's not on Friday. I hate when news hits on Fridays because it causes the price to fall the next trading day.
