Late 10k whether we are waiting on a significant event or not will always have some leave for the lower price if it does not make it out on time.

Time have always proven without any other filings that the price will drop.
With a few you will have share changes or and 8k in this time frame and these can create the exception like when you see share purchases ahead of it for stock awards.
