#4265 RE: Confuscious #4262

Why don't you call the CEO and ask him about UPS. He's been telling his friends, clients/customers, and coworkers about it.

Ask him why he hasn't PR'd it. That's such big news. I'll tell you why he hasn't. Because it didn't happen & UPS would sue EarthSearch over that lie.

Ask him if he's ever written bounced checks to pay employees.

Ask him if he's ever not paid employees on time.

Ask him why he's had such a hard time paying his employees what they were owed as per the items in previous filings state. Ask him why employees left the company despite being owed their dues.

Ask him if he's ever read Department of Labor Regulation 541.603(d) for exempt salary employees. Ask him why he illegally volated it, which requires an employer to pay an employee's salary wage regardless of how much they've worked in a day or even a week.

Ask him why he thinks salary is a fancy word for hourly.

Ask him how long the Belfor deal was supposed to take. Why he sent a technician to Canada unprepared, and how long it actually took. The technician was the one that sealed the deal and made the customer happy enough to go through with buying more despite being upset at the CEO's empty promises.

I don't work for EarthSearch. I know people who have, and customers that have worked with them. I got curious about the high attrition rate and the past filings of hoarding money & not paying people what they were owed. That's what drives me.

Its not a scam company. Its just a very poorly managed one. The CEO is a huge liar and doesn't even understand US labor laws.

Someone here previously mentioned they spoke to their CIO? I'd like to know who that is. As far as I know they don't have one, unless someone at the company is playing musical chairs.
