So you want #2 to pass but everything else to fail? Explain to me how that would work. Are people doing this as a prank? How can the a/s be lower than the o/s?

Actually, she was correct, it states specifically in the proxy: "The autorized share reduction amendment will be presented to the Special meeting if and only if shareholders approve the Reverse Stock Split Amendment" So, if the reverse split doesnt pass, they wont even look at reducing the outstanding share numbers.

It makes sense.

If they're trying so hard today, it means that they currently don't have enough votes for the R/S to pass.

Either that or they're just plain stupid.

Exact same here Franz. I don't subscribe to a conspiracy theory, but truth be told our business was contacted. I told the caller my votes were no, and a half hour later they called again and spoke with someone else. These particular shares are in our company shared 401K account. The second person wasnt up to date on VTSI and said to vote with the recommendation of the board of directors. Damn. Once I explained the vote was for a 100-1 reverse split, he was as pissed as I was.

Why the second call?
Why didnt they ask for me?
I was very clear the first time. I own over 150 thousand in that account and the second guy owns about 10K.

Just putting what happened out there, I want this over also.
