If in fact that is a real email, you, as someone of utmost importance, must realize that an email in all caps will not be received lightly by the recipient. In fact, you were rude from square one. There's a certain way to go about things, angry or not, and you sir, went about them wrong. Use a professional tact and you might receive a more professional response.

Long22, I believe your emails are real. No reason to go to the trouble to make them up. Did some research on your history and like what I found. Had some experience with the ir in another stock I was in from before. For him to be involved here as only the ir says he is a large investor here and he is in the know. Keep your contact with him going.

Long, there is a right way and a wrong way to make your point. My suggestion to you is to apologize even if you don't think you are wrong and try to rebuild a relationship. Your all caps is yelling and the tone was negative. You can get more information with a more positive request.
