I believe that the dividends they might be referring to are the ARTFEST DIRECT "private company" the certs that we sent in April,2010. We are now, in the process of getting the "Broker Search Cards" sent to clearing houses, so that we can get an account statements of who had the shares on the record date. Let me repeat.THE DIVIDEND HAS NOT BEEN CANCELLED. We just now, have the TA and the company trading and on board to issue the dividends.So why would we cancel them now? We already have a black eye over the dividends, and we are not looking to be accused of any shady deals. We will post the information asap. So that the speculation can stop.

Eddie V Said he would get to the bottom of this miss information and get the right info out ASAP. I myself talked with EV and he shared with me how he just could not understand how some that claim to be investors are posting they are not happy about the divi's And that they are going to make plenty to cover some of the losses some claim to have. During our conversation it was shared that several KNOW disgruntle former employees have been working harder then they worked as employees to destroy the company and its reputation. EV Stated he will stick to the LONG haul and that ARTS will be around for a very long time to come. I gathered that EV had put together some ASSETS from his other ventures and is holding up ARTS and producing shows etc. The former employees have even called police on them while on location shooting and told police that the equipment was stolen as were the vehicles. Thats pretty sad. ARTS will hold on and I feel EV will continue to fight for the GOOD of ARTS!
