This is 3rd party hearsay, not FACTS, nothing in writing. Let him issue a statement that we can hold him to without the words "hope, plan, wish, should" included. In other words, a concrete statement issued in writing with actual FACTS. Not more speculation, 3rd party hearsay that can't be proven. I'll trust my broker in the mean time. Anything out of Eddie's mouth without facts or written down reads like a drowning man grasping to stay alive. It's a pathetic situation he and Artfest are in.

tron, there was no "speculation" on my part. That was the verbatim reply I received from TDA when I inquired about dividends. The DTC says the company (ARTS) CANCELLED THE DIVIDENDS

I believe that the dividends they might be referring to are the ARTFEST DIRECT "private company" the certs that we sent in April,2010.

This is hearsay. An ARTS PR needs to come out and explain why all these mishaps happen after every announcement of DIVY giveaways.
