I understand your skepticism, but I think it was more of a coincidence the court date was moved. I really have a hard time believing this is an efficient way to conduct business and the court needs an overhaul. If you read the Markle filing you understand the importance of that filing and it wouldn't be withdrawn without something big replacing it. It is too important to let the filing just go away without getting something in return. The Daic parties realize the importance and they didn't anticipate it. It is time for them to give up the ship, settle this thing and move on.
