I would really like to believe that is the case, however I can't help but wonder if it was a test of strength. Markle flexed his muscles with his filing and for some unknown reason withdrew only to have the case moved out another six weeks. Coincindence? Could be, but I didn't see any of the other cases scheduled for 6/27 moved. I would think that some of the personal injury cases scheduled for that day would be jury trials also. Dont mess with Texas!
