It did! From the PR released on April 6, 2011

"We will now move forward to complete a strategic acquisition and to rebrand the company with a new name, allowing us to expand our focus beyond just Green Globe branded programs. Management has no plans for a reverse split and will work to build value within the company’s current structure.”

so according to the company .... they will not be diluting from that point in time! (as I read it)

I see no signs of dilution in the trading!

But everyone needs to decide for themselves!

Dogwalker, He also said he was going to reduce the A/S to 500Million...two days later he began adding 2 billion to the O/S... pure scambag action... you can choose to believe what he says or see what he really does... good luck...
