My father was called yesterday by these guys, because he didn't receive his proxy as well. He voted no to all. He also said these guys were out of Newark. Something funny going on with the Jersey crew. I can't remember wasn't their a MM out of NJ selling alot of shares on the ask a few months ago. JMO
