They must see some sort of future for the company to enter into this kind of financing. It will be an interesting year. If we don't see a turnaround this year (reduction of debt and OS, increased sales), I don't think we'll be around long in 2012. If, on the other hand, these things do happen, share price will break 0.001 easily. JMHO.
