Sklauble,

I'll take a private placement over convertible debenture any day of the week. If they only have five months to pay the notes in full with a 7% interest rate, they must be expecting some big revs coming in or some other source of income to be generated....

Will we get some further PR's on big sales revs and perhaps further reduction of the O/S? That might kick start this sucker back into motion....

Remember people to only play with the money your wife/husband/significant other won't disembowel you for should you lose everything if your stock goes the way of the dodo!
