Where is it??? C'mon you are joking again.

Just the fact that you have no vested interest in the company, yet you are so passionate about them, it makes me smile thinking about how much more passionate people would be to own a DynoValve or SVMI stocks. Enough said.

Wow; richard do you have everything backasswards. Valve has always been Serges since day one. And what does the wife think about you calling Rose sexy, I know Rose is offended by it. You say know one knows who their dealing with, but before Serge sent you down the road you told everyone at Savi your old lady was rebelcork. No one at Savi has improved the valve, they have only worked on the components going to the valve. You know Jim told you that face to face. The only reason you know any of their names is because your an ex-employee with an attitude. I'd say you were disgruntled, but all you do is grunt abount everything. And as far as 144's go, if you want quick turn around on your stock, buy it on line, i44's are useless for a year anyway. Misery loves company, and IMO your just wanting to take everyone down with you. When it's all said and done you can watch the rest of us retire in luxury.

Hey Richard, just another post of half truths with no purpose but to destroy. This isn't good for your health or your family. Time to move on and let your bitterness go.

And where is it?

The only one who hs profited so far is Serge & Rose by selling those 144 and then re-issuing them

I beg to differ for many reasons.

This company was about to be ruled a shelf company for lack of any real business related activity which would have left every stockholder with a total loss of all money expended for purchases of shares in SVMI.

Long before your information this company rocked along in the .000 price per share range and many who bought stock at those prices if they have not already taken profits are in the green as far as profits because of what Serge did.

In the short run the stock I have been buying in the last 6 weeks is in a profit position right now. My major holdings are 15 times higher at the current price than my cost basis in that portion of my stock.

There are many that have been here a long time that have posted that they have sold shares and now have a zero cost in the shares they now own so in a way they are in a 100% profit basis at any price.

Countless people that Mario gave 144 stock to have sold their stock and paid off mortgages - bills and bought luxury items.

What Serge did was release a larger percentage portion of his ownership in this company to benefit all the old stockholders and the new ones. Of course if all this works out it also increases his net worth so it was not all for charity.

Once an agreement is consummated with Cornell they too will profit handsomely the next few years from a very screwed up deal.

Re: CleanAirNow

By the way Serge did not start Savi Media the shell was purchased by others (Mario) and the 1st Patent of record for the PCV (now the DynoValve) was not Serge Vallve (Later to become Serge Vallve Monros)

Mario Procopio did a hostile takeover of a listed company named Redwood Entertainment. Procopio and wife Kathy were the majority owners of Redwood prior to meeting Serge and were floundering in what to do with a publicly traded penny company they had control of.

Serge owned Savi Media Group (many things in that company had to do with new Internet and computer products - hence the name) which was how I met him. Mario cut a deal with Serge for a Reverse Merger into Redwood and did a name change and ticker letter change. This is why Serge referees to himself as a co-founder.

Mario's first act of business was then proceed to do a pump and dump by trading 100 million shares for a TV show touting the ECO-Valve (now the D-V) and then selling stock to Golden Gate Investors for cash who then put the stock to the market diluting the 250 million Issued and outstanding to around 400 million.....Mario continued to play games and use SaVi as his piggy bank until Serge sued for control and won a company that was close to going under because of the bad decisions and problems inherited from how Mario ran the company.

SaviCorp is in Survival mode not a going bustling enterprise...just in case you haven't noticed.

In the last two months those including me that have purchased over 12 million shares just do not agree with you.

Just that simple........
