Sounds great to me.
And I agree. They either did or didn't.
But my point is, that's not black and white the way it will be spun.
And short of them being really stupid and putting something down in black and white, it will be spun.
We already have seen the arguments about the difference between "some" public info available at the same time they traded, etc.
And we haven't seen their bull regarding the 'ethical walls' yet.
All I'm saying is, it's not black and white. And if we are playing naïve as if it is, then we're going to be burned by that naïvete.
