Two Days ago I recieved a call from alliance I informed him I voted No and have sent in my proxy. My sister was contacted today, she never recieved a proxy. She told the person she wanted to vote no, he told her that was not an opption. He said she could vote yes or obstain. she told him she wanted to vote No and the call was cut short. She did reitterate. she wanted to vote No.
This is really starting to smell. I've been here for as long as the longest, and I'm not feeling it at all...
