My opinion is those financing possible weak points get
"diluted" into a greater flow: Confidence.

IMO, that continuous flow, is the number one factor than makes successful any company, Government, organization, and even individual businessmen and marriages, since without that foundation, everything else is not effective.

This news show confidence on CPOW, since as pointed out, the financial company should've done their not-so-shallow investigation before diving in, more in this times, were financing is in a different dimension than it was before 2008.
