Let's assume your argument is correct that the "market" has already factored it in. That would be for the previous announcement of a 15 million dollar financing arrangement, that has now doubled. So to buy into that argument you would have to assume a lower pps after a brief bump, that's when I'll buy even more. And as I've followed this stock after buying into it, I'd love to believe this stock is going up, but I'm looking at the current market share of 25 million dollars for a company that is still running negative numbers. Don't get me wrong, I'm a long and want this to be a great company. But I'm also a realist, I need to see revenue. Hopefully the CEO's plans will come to the public attention soon. My whole point is I'm not a fan of using shares. A loan is immediate and can be put to work much faster to further the companies plans a lot quicker than the so called "flexibility" of this agreement. Good Luck Longs, this is just the beginning.
