I agree, we see the 10k we see the deal done. Once the 10K hits this may rally into the merger news!

Technically it can still close tomorrow. THey just need to file the 10k first. Once done they can immediately file the "Super 8k"

We will see if they come through here. I have some doubts, but hope im wrong here. Still holding all my shares.
