Yeah, I wouldn't doubt if they are preparing them both, and we will see once hit right after the other. It could be today tech, but I think we will see a small window on the 8k. They want it to include information I am sure. I know people are tired of waiting, but it's part of the deal here. I get the same way sometime, and I have to focus on other stocks. I made a bunch of money on PGIE a couple days ago :) Doubled up and sold it.

the waiting has been hard but i see no reason to deviate course here. once the filings hit, it will be uphill from there!
