By all means call Wave and ask them how to get you the info that you need. They should have answers. Let them know that you are a share holder and want to buy products that use their software. Let them know that you would like to post the results of your experiences here.

Did you try mentioning Dell Control Point security manager? Isn't this the Dell brand suite that includes Wave? Not sure if it would help.
