So you're saying Cloyce went to the trouble to do all of this just to issue shares and run a front company? BEEN issues a PR as a front company? It's stock price of .41 is that of a front company stock price? Shouldn't the stock price of a front company be in the tripple zeroes? How about the massive dilution volume?
