Yes, yea, and yep.. Simply go back to September of last year and do a little more digging. Build a BEEN timeline of events, compare it to your SYNJ timeline and do some do some comparisons, plug in some earlier events, yada, yada..
Again, where's the beef? Product? assets? employees? office? anything tangible?
Some could also come to the same conclusion about SYNJ.
