Thanks. Here is what I'm suspicious about. Nitro capital has no capital.... What do you think about that?? A capital company with no capital! Right now as they stand are nothing more than a shell corporation with a few individuals who don't want to risk their own capital. Nitro has NEVER done a oilfield restoration... They have no experience at all. They are a newly formed company with no employees... This is from all of my market connections and DD.
Most investors do not realize that a CEO has a legal obligation to do what is best for shareholders. This CEO has NOT fullfilled this obligation. In fact he has willfully and blatantly destroyed company and shareholder value.
Point #2 this is NOT a big project at all. There is no room for two companies. It is a nice project for a small company that can efficiently extract the oil. It is a nice project for an existing company that has assets to compliment this field. It is a horror story waiting to happen for people who lack knowledge about this scope of work. The CEO has already demonstratated that for everyone to see. It was a failure on a grand scale.
I also know that there have been several very good offers put on the table to the CEO and he has turned them all down. He must go if this is to succeed. He is NOT a oil man.
