It seems your family has control, yet you are whining for some reason?

If those shares had the power, it seems you and your brother-in-law would do whatever you wanted and no one could stop it.

It seems like you got screwed by Dean's incompetence - your puppet was not capable of following the rules and now you are left impotent.
