i dont claim it, i just voted my preferred shares after i saw what was attempted with the "new issuance" and "new designation" of the preferred shares, the attempt to i dont know how u describe it with mineseekers, and the merger without any financials....my vote was unnecessary as it is from my understanding, but i was alarmed...i exercise no control over the company as it is
