NEP - Yes, but the fact that much can be drawn from the SEC filings is pretty impressive. So imagine what else there could be for what isnt in the SEC filings. Its right in front us. I will admit, I didnt read everything as I could care less about NEP, but I read the first half fully through and skimmed through the rest and it seems to me to be very impressive and actually in a sense better than on the ground DD. Obviously on the ground DD could help support the evidence and give further details.
