NEP - the hit piece solely uses the financial documents NEP produced. No on the ground DD.

No mention of SAIC.

I didn't read CBEH's hit piece other than the video's so I can't compare on that basis.

I tried to spend a few minutes trying to understand the figures the NEP hit piece was using, but when they started backing out numbers to somehow provide some kind of proof, I lost interest.
So I'm not sure how you had time to determine "quality".
