Yes and no. The only play is the merger obviously, and we all want that to happen. But, we can't discount the CEO's misleading ways either, because he is the one negotiating this possible merger; so all cards have to be thrown on the table. To say it will just happen because there was a PR about an LOI without stating the CEO's past is the wrong approach.
