earning should be ugly. they don't have any of pipeline, but some cheap rego robot and online video chat program which is far behind skype, msn, or aol. But lots of expense.
Most of buyers who bought this stock knows none of single about the company. I recommend you to go and read financial docs and visit their website. You'll know why they do r/s and only sell shares.

10K was due on 3/31

they file NT10k which gives them 15 days from due date

so it should be filed by 4/14

based on history it probably will not be filed and therefore they will get an E appended to their ticker

i'm wondering how they're gonna pay for the filing - no $$ as of 10Q filed for Q3

time will tell
