No, you don't control the momentum of the stock. Did stockholders control the momentum from .015 all the way down to .0015? I don't think so. Watson controlled this baby ever since he diluted it to near max A/S. The misleading done by JW and lack of explanation as to why the share-count is being maxed out has dictated a justified fall in stock price. Nothing has ever come to fruition that is of benefit to stockholders. The supposed ramp-up and the so-called product-line that would revolutionize the ID theft protection community was a flash-in-the-pan that carried with it no value for its shareholders. It doesn't seem like it exists anymore since we are a freakin' shell. All of those things he promised centered on the prospect of a successful ID theft protection company....one that is no more. Oh by the way, it also centered on being around 50,000 subscribers and on our way to 100,000 subscribers, only to fall short by 96,400 subscribers. And piece-of-trash Watson hides behind the forward looking statements and can safely say "We fell short." Yeah, that's a guy with integrity...a guy you can trust.
Based on Watson's history, I'd say that the prospects of a shell merger with tangible value entering the fold and bringing value to we, the shareholders, are next to nil. I predict a fall-through for whatever reason Watson wants to hide behind, or a R/M with another piece-of-crap company (with no value) for the sole purpose of keeping the gravy train going for Watson.
