joedimaggio - Good response to jonesieati... apparently his post was deleted but I agree with you. I sent my email address into the EFF asking for an update on their baseless charges... to date I haven't received one and their claims are well over a year old. The Virgin settlement will prove the validity of our patents. Lets hope we get a favorable one... all signs point in that direction so far.
Like I said I figured it had been discussed here before and I really appreciate the recap. Makes sense that Virgin's lawyers would have looked into everything possible. That's pretty funny about EFF having Nintendo on their list!
GLTA, I for one am averaging UP as judiciously as possible. Congrats to you guys who have already amassed quite the pile of profits, and remember that in large part it is the newer investors like me and even newer ones who will be buying shares at the ever higher prices everyone wants to see.
