Jonesieatl, this has been discussed before as it is pretty old news, but i've spent some time looking over the EFF claims, and as far as i can tell, they've found no evidence of "prior art" to invalidate neom's patents. They make what appearas to me a baseless claim that neom's patents shouldn't hold, then ask for anyone out there who can prove prior art to come forward- and it looks as though no one has. Although they do still list neom as one of their ten "most wanted", this list also includes Nintendo among others, as well as Clear Channel. Not a bad group of peers.

Whether or not neom's patents hold water will be shown by the virgin settlement and the resulting fallout re- airclick and scanbuy. By suing Virgin, neom has taken it upon themselves to prove the validity of their patents, in front of a judge, in full public view. There isn't any need for EFF to search for prior art- virgin is assumedly spending millions on legal fees trying to prove just that. If Virgin can't do it, why the heck would a "public service" organization such as EFF think they could??

Great price action this week, and today. We are basing nicely in front of the coming good news. I am looking forward to this week. I've now got about 1.3 million bucks in a penny stock and i'm loving every minute of it!!

best,

Joe
