Heys guys, just wanted to add to may post the other day regarding the missing link connecting TADF & TAc-air, which is the super tucano 314 aircraft.

We know the following:

1)Two weeks ago Tac-air added the super tucano 314 to their aircraft portfolio.

2)Last October Tadf acquired Sudamin, a colombian defense service contractor. They are the exclusive representative for the super tucano 314 aircraft.

3)The super tucano is a Latin american aircraft.

4)Since last year Tadf has wanted to increase their presence in latin america. By acquiring sudamin, and adding several individuals to their board of advisors that are experts in the latin american defense industry

5)Embraer, a brazilian company, is the manufacturer of the super tucano. Embraer's website is listed in the October TADF pr.

6)If you click on the Embraer link below, you will see that the photos showing the super tucano are the same exact photos used in the Tac-air website showing the super tucano 314.

7)add all this info to the fact that SUNR is in our corner, and knowing what we know about them. Its simple; this is a no brainer

IMO this is a done deal. The question now is, not whether the merger will get done, but when they do announce, will it include contracts. From everything we have learned, it seems that larger contracts have been awarded and are contingent upon the completion of the merger. If the merger is announced with a 50 - 100 million dollar government contract, then i will venture to say that there will be several individuals on this board that will be able to retire this year.
